These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of nuvantausa.com and services provided by Nuvanta Consulting Group, LLC (“Nuvanta”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Scope of Services
Nuvanta provides: Immigration Document Preparation (non-legal), Tax Preparation, Notary Public, Loan Signing Agent, and Marketing/CRM/AI automation services. Services may be provided in-office or virtually.
2. Immigration Document Preparation
Nuvanta is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created. Services are strictly clerical and based solely on information provided by the client.
California Disclosure: Immigration consultants may not provide legal advice or representation. Consumers are encouraged to consult a licensed attorney.

3. Tax Preparation
Tax services are provided by qualified tax preparers in accordance with IRS and applicable state regulations. Information is general only and not legal, tax, or accounting advice. No outcome or refund is guaranteed.

4. Notary Public & Loan Signing Agent
Notarial services are performed in compliance with Nevada and California law. No legal advice is provided and documents are not interpreted.
5. Marketing, CRM & AI Automation
Services are provided on a consulting and implementation basis. No guarantees are made regarding performance, leads, revenue, or platform approvals.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, review documents, and comply with laws. Nuvanta is not responsible for errors due to client-provided information.
7. Payments, Fees & Refunds
Fees are disclosed in advance. Services may require prepayment. Except as required by California law, fees are non-refundable once services begin.
8. Communications & Consent
You consent to receive service-related communications via phone, email, or SMS. Message rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS.
9. Intellectual Property
All content and systems are owned by Nuvanta and may not be copied without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, except where prohibited by California law (e.g., gross negligence or statutory rights).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Nuvanta for claims arising from misuse or false information.
12. Governing Law
Governed by Nevada law. California consumers retain non-waivable rights and may bring claims in California courts where required.
13. Changes
Terms may be updated with notice posted on this page.
